TSA

LOL!!, This is now the official anthem of this blog. For those of you who don’t know why this song amuses me, it’s because I work for TSA (Transportation Security Administration) at the Phoenix Skyharbor Airport. I don’t know who is singing this rap song but I will do research and figure it out so that I can give credit where credit is do. If anyone knows please oh please let me know. If any band member or person/s that participated in the making of this song just happens to drop by please let me know who you are.

02/24/08 Here is the myspace page of Work-Related the people that sing this song.

If you are a TSO or work somewhere for TSA leave me a message and tell me where you work and live.

Hey Marsha…I heard this song about a month and a half ago and was wondering who the talent was that created this lovliness. I am a LTSO in Kansas and my supervisors and I got this from our AFSD and OMG. It was SOOO Funny. We passed it along to our TSO’s and they laughed and laughed. One of them even taught his four year old to sing it and the last time they flew out when she entered the area to walk to the Mag..she started singing..>”Remove Yo Shoes before you walk through the MAAAAAAG, We gonna pat you down and Check YO BAAAAGS…. We all about rolled on the carpet. The passengers as well found it very humorous. Anyhow..I was just curious if you ever figured out who did this rap? Have a Great TSA day! Kerrie

I love this song… I am a TSO in Houston (IAH) and I heard about from my supervisor…its hillarious…. and should be played at all airport PA systems, ( even if just once..)

Hi, Marsha! I work at the Nashville Airport (BNA) as a BDO. Our BDO instructors introduced me to the rap about a month ago. It’d be nice if it could be played as an attention grabber for the public. Maybe they’ll remember the rules and advisements better! Well…maybe….

  • 18 Marsha Loftis // Jan 31, 2008 at 9:48 pm

Jo-Franke-Wylie- I agree. It would be fun to play at the airport. By the way, I might be transferring to BNA in May. I work at the coordination center here in Phoenix. Unfortunately, Nashville is currently hiring for it’s own Security Operations Center. There most likely won’t be any positions open by the time I get there.

I’m a TSO at Houston (HOB), well I’m still in training, and I actually googled the lyrics to this song and found this site, because our trainer played it on our first day and it seriously made me crack up, and I was hoping that someone received some kind of federal commission to make that rap song. I can only hope my tax dollars went to something as amusing as that. :)

  • 20 Marsha Loftis // Feb 12, 2008 at 5:03 pm

Joseph- I apologize for not replying sooner. I forgot to return to this comment. I hope your training is going well. I don’t know who wrote or is singing the TSA song, I wish I did because the person deserves to be recognized. I would like to acknowledge the person on this blog. I keep hoping someone will stop by and leave a message to let me know who he is.
